1. To establish a body of knowledge, spread ideas of the circular economy, establish a circular economy network, foster innovation, and raise the standard of circular economy practices among the members of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, and other stakeholders.

2. To advance and raise the adoption of circular economy practices among entrepreneurs, and enhance business competitiveness with a focus on sustainability through collaboration with the Circular Economy and Environment Committee, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trade of Thailand.

3. To examine relevant policies, legal measures, and regulations to advance the circular economy with the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trade of Thailand.
